MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

Two times per year, your credit card will be automatically billed, reflecting your discount plus any applicable shipping or individual state taxes. Wine is guaranteed when signed for on the first delivery attempt (business shipping address preferred).

NOTIFICATIONS & COMMUNICATION

The main form of communication with members is through email. Please note that we do not sell or share your information. It is the member’s responsibility to notify us of account changes such as email address, telephone number, shipping address and credit card number.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no fee to join the Portfolio Membership. Upon joining, members agree to receive a minimum of two shipments. Member benefits begin with the receipt of the current membership selection. You may cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day written notice. There are no termination charges after receipt of the second shipment. In the event of early termination, your account will be charged back for any discounts received as a member.
